About me

Hi, I'm Val Sweeting

Mom, elite athlete, and certified hypnotist. Drawing from years competing at the elite level in sport while juggling life, I get it — life and sport performance aren’t always easy. Pressure, stress, self-doubt, and overwhelm are part of being human. Having the tools and confidence to navigate those moments is what makes the difference. I help athletes and individuals build confidence, regulate pressure, and create meaningful change from the inside out through hypnosis, mindset work, and performance tools. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and capable in both life and performance.
